Having a baby is, for most women, one of the greatest joys of life. Yet for others, childbirth can lead to feelings of serious sadness and withdrawal, otherwise known as postpartum depression.

That feels like the last straw for me. I want to end our marriage because he's so insensitive to my postpartum depression. Am I overreacting?
"We can't snap out of a postpartum depression any more than we could snap out of the flu," says Dr. Shosh, "First, have you been diagnosed? Are you getting proper help?
