One of the big perks for me about having a cat and not a dog is I don't have to ho-humm every winter when it's time for the (twice) daily walks. My cat is strictly indoors so I don't have to fight over the temperature, snow drop and get my cat winter-gear-ready. The same is not said for dogs though. They need to be walked outside (preferably) usually a few times a day - regardless of the weather. They need the exercise and well, they're not litter box trained. If you live in an area where winter and snow are a reality, there are some cute products you can get for your dog to help keep them warm during the cold winter months. - By Devan McGuinness
