John Simpson reunited with his dog
Doctors say John Simpson has days to live, and the Vietnam veteran had just one wish: to hold his dog one last time.
Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in November, Simpson now lives in a hospice room in Holiday, Fla., but his rescue dog, a Chihuahua named Mr. Cutie, kept his spirits high.
His wish was miraculously granted Friday night as he was reunited with the pup that has been by his side for years.
"That's what I was living for," he told local Tampa Bay station Fox 13.

But last week Mr. Cutie went out his doggy door and dug a hole to get under the fence. A local Good Samaritan found the dog and they were reunited over the weekend. "I'm about to cry, he said."
