    Okay, here's the thing: regardless of where I sit on the political spectrum, I totally get what Clint Eastwood was trying to do at the Republican National Convention. It's just that maybe no one exactly thought out how the "straw man" thing was going to look on TV. Perhaps that effect is just best suited to one-man plays in off-Broadway productions or something.
