Yes, there are two different companies that market colored nail polish for pups. First there is OPI's Pawlish; the popular nail polish line for humans has branched out and created a line for canines. They note that, "Pawlish is tested on people, not animals!" They even make "It's Dog Gone! Pawlish Remover," for when your doggie is ready for a hue change. The other line is Color Paw Premium Pet Nail Polish, which comes in colors from Raspberry Sparkle to Electric Lime. Evidently, there are buyers for the brands and even doggie salons that specialize in nail polish application on paws. Maybe your dog is a diva and struts around in Sangria Shimmer, but this phenomenon is new to me. And even more oddly, dog owners and pet nail technicians are creating dog nail art with complicated patterns - not just your basic layer of pink.
