1. Remove the wire hanger from one 5/8-inch ball. Fold the tip of a pipe cleaner into a hook and poke it into the opening in the ball, so that it catches inside the ball and holds it securely.

2. String the remaining balls on the pipe cleaner by their wire hangers, increasing the size as you go.
3. Make a tendril by coiling another piece of pipe cleaner around a nail. Twist the tendril, together with a fabric leaf, to the pipe-cleaner stem to finish the cluster.
