1.5 oz Chivas Regal Scotch whiskey
0.5 oz demerara syrup*
0.25 oz dry vermouth
0.25 oz white crème de cocoa

Dash of Angostura bitters

Demerara Syrup: Heat two parts demerara sugar and one part water in a saucepan over high heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil. Take off heat and let cool.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir gently. Strain into an iced Old Fashioned glass.
