The Silver Port
2 oz Brugal 1888 Rum
0.5 oz Oloroso sherry (or cream sherry)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey
1 dash bitters
Heated apple cider
In a large mug, combine Brugal 1888, sherry, lemon juice, honey and bitters. Top with heated cider and stir well. Garnish with an almond biscotti.
