Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
6 slices bread
2 avocados
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for serving
Juice of 1 lemon

2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
a few turns fresh pepper

1. Toast your bread.

Directions:
1. Toast your bread.
2. Mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons onto each slice and serve.
*I always add extra greenery, such as watercress (shown here), baby greens or spinach. Melted cheese would also make a fantastic addition for a more substantial snack.
