    I'm always looking for ways to incorporate healthy foods into my everyday routine. With its high protein content, calcium, and probiotics, Greek yogurt is a calcium-rich, versatile ingredient that can give you a serious nutritional boost.       Make Blueberry Avocado Smoothies
      Ingredients:
      1 cup ice
      1 cup water (or juice for a sweeter smoothie)
      3/4 cup frozen blueberries
      1/2 banana, frozen or fresh
      1 avocado
      To Make:
      Place ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. Stop to stir or add water as needed. Makes 2 servings.
