Rocky Road Treats
Combine 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cups peanut butter, and 6 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth, 8-10 minutes. Let stand until cool but not set, 15-20 minutes. Stir in 2 cups broken pretzels, 2 cups mini-marshmallows, and 1 cup roasted peanuts.
