Ginger Hibiscus Punch
2 oz SKYY Infusions Coconut
2 oz hibiscus base* or chilled hibiscus tea
1/2 oz lime juice
Garnish: lime
*Hibiscus Base
1 quart water
1 cup hibiscus flowers
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp grated ginger
Bring to a boil then remove from heat and let sit overnight. Strain into airtight container. Allow to cool.
Mix and serve on the rocks. Garnish with lime.
