1 1/2 oz Bluecoat American Dry Gin
3/4 oz Culinary Traditions Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
1/2 oz Culinary Traditions Mandarin Tangerine Concentrate, thawed
1 oz ginger mix*
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white (optional)
*Ginger mix
2 oz Culinary Traditions Ginger Puree, thawed
2 oz sugar
4 oz water
Add all ingredients in saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and set...

Add all ingredients in saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and set aside.
Place all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into a tall cocktail glass.
