Take a 20-minute walk during lunch to boost circulation and ward offer afternoon junk food cravings. Staying hydrated will also combat fatigue and help your body move fluids out of your system. Aim to drink eight glasses of water daily. Finally, keep healthy snacks, like almonds and apples, in your desk drawer so you don't turn to sugar.
