We probably don't need to tell you that January 13 marks the return of Dunham's Girls, or that an accompanying sound track, featuring Icona Pop, Grouplove, Fleet Foxes, and a new song by Santigold drops the week before. Then there's the much-hyped $3.5 million deal for a forthcoming book, in which Dunham will dispense advice and anecdotes and probably some words about tights. And these are just the projects that have been announced-to say nothing of all the tweets, essays, interviews, and other endeavors that await in her sophomore year in the spotlight. And whether she steps into the considerable space left by Nora Ephron, gives neurosis a new New York story in the tradition of Woody Allen, or heads in an entirely different direction (more political pronouncements?), we will certainly be here to watch.
