Soba Noodle Salad
Mix 1 Tbsp. Sriracha, 1 Tbsp. canola oil, 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar, and 1 Tbsp. sesame oil in a large bowl. Toss with one 8-oz. package soba noodles cooked according to package directions and 2 1/2 cups shredded vegetables (such as carrots, red cabbage, scallions, and cucumbers). Season with salt.
