Super Green Morning Smoothie, Serves 2
Ingredients:
4 leaves of kale, leaves separated from the stem and stem discarded
1 medium apple, sliced
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup parsley leaves
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 small orange, peeled
2 tbsp agave syrup or honey (more to taste)
1 to 1 1/2 cups water
