1 large yellow onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a large, heavy-bottomed sauce pot over medium-high heat. Pour olive oil and add onions and squash. Season with salt and pepper. Allow squash to cook for 2-3 minutes. Next, add garlic and thyme and stir.
