Do: When in doubt, leave it out. If you're going to include technical skills on your resume, be absolutely sure they're impressive for the required position. These days, most applicants are expected to know basic word processing and web-browsing tools. As a general rule, overstating knowledge of more common applications (like phones) can make you seem less than proficient overall.
