Crabmeat Hors D'oeuvres
This recipe got me over my high school breakup. My mom made these for me, and I ate them by the handful. To this day, I still make them when I feel homesick or need to lift my spirits.
1 can of crabmeat
6 English muffins
6 ounces of Wise Pride cheese spread
2 tablespoons mayo
3/4 of a stick of butter, softened

Crabmeat Hors D'oeuvres
This recipe got me over my high school breakup. My mom made these for me, and I ate them by the handful. To this day, I still make them when I feel homesick or need to lift my spirits.
1 can of crabmeat
6 English muffins
6 ounces of Wise Pride cheese spread
2 tablespoons mayo
3/4 of a stick of butter, softened
Mix the crabmeat, cheese, mayo and butter. Then spread a decent layer on the halved English muffins and cut into six triangles. Next, and this part kind of sucks because it involves waiting, put the hors d'oeuvre on a cookie sheet and freeze them for about an hour.
When the hour is up, take those bad boys out, toss them under the broiler until golden brown, then chow down.
