"Working out can, and should, be fun! If you're having a good time, you'll be more motivated to keep going back to the gym. If you hate cardio machines, take a kickboxing class instead. Need major motivation to log your miles? Sign up for a race. Another big motivator is working out with a partner. Knowing someone else is holding me accountable always gets me into the gym. You'll be way less likely to skip the workout if you know your partner is waiting for you! Gauge what you need to get yourself into the zone and use that to your advantage."
