Loaded with protein from yogurt, almonds, and milk, plus fiber from berries and wheat germ, this smoothie is a satisfying way to start the day.
1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
2 teaspoons honey
1 cup ice cubes
