Pear Cranberry Crisp
Ingredients:
5 firm pears, peeled & cut in chunks
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup, plus 4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 stick (8 tbsp) butter, cut in pieces

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup, plus 4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss pears & cranberries with lemon juice & 4 tbsp of sugar in a medium size baking dish.
2. Combine remaining sugar, almond flour, almond extract, & spice. Add & use your hands to knead until well mixed. Crumble on top of the pear & cranberry mixture.
3. Put in oven & lower heat to 300. Bake about 1 hour until pears are fully cooked.
