When you're on the beach and in desire of a clean, yet sexy look that enhances the eyes without running all over once the humid air (or water, for that matter) hits you, try using what you already have to make a statement. Fill in brows with a waterproof shadow, such as Illumasqua's Eye Brow Cake ($20) applied with a small, angled brush in short strokes to mimic the strands. Be sure it's one shade lighter than your actual hair color to avoid a severe look. Use a brow gel, like the famed one from Anastasia ($9-21), to brush the hairs up, then into the desired shape.
