7 Popular Dog Names from 2012

Every dog I've owned has had a unique name, and one reason I've taken this approach is I'd like to avoid standing at the park calling for "Spot" or "Spike" and risk having a dozen dogs charge at me. There's that, and I'm also totally against naming pets non-human names. Fluffy, for example -- blech! What self-respecting animal would enjoy being called such a gag-inducing name?
