My friend, who is a home designer, once told me that when you need to decorate a room, pull every piece of swipe that appeals to you (or pin it on Pinterest) and then look at everything you've pulled for common themes. When I was decorating my nursery, I was no different. I pulled hundreds of photos from magazines, bookmarked images online, and poured through home decor books.
