Going for the under the sea theme? Pair the Dior eye look with a manicure similar to the one at Charlotte Ronson to help round out your costume. Created by Color Club, the mani featured three shades of ocean-inspired blues: Gossip Column, a dark blue; Seaside Surf, a custom turquoise shade; and Take Me To Your Chateau, a pale blue.

DIY by applying each nail polish shade to the skinny edge of three separate triangular makeup sponges (to avoid mixing the colors). After the lacquer sinks into the sponge a bit, you're ready to paint. To apply the blue hues, pat each sponge over your nails from left to right-darkest color to lightest-for a fuzzy (foam-like) finish.
