Gluten-free Chocolate Cake
This chocolate cake is rich, gluten-free, and made with quinoa. This recipe is unique because it's not made with quinoa flour, which is how I've incorporated quinoa into baked goods in the past. Instead it's made with cooked quinoa, mixed with eggs and sugar in a blender to make a base for the batter. The result?
