cafetera open to make the best coffee ever tasted; fill the bottom part with cold water and the metal coffee filter with grounds. Close tightly and let it sit on high heat. The boiling water moves upwards, brewing the coffee "against gravity" and filling the upper chamber with a divine, dark brew. This, obviously, is not your 12-cup Mr. Coffee, so proceed carefully as your drink will be strong enough to grow hair on your chest!
