Spicy Sausage and Pumpkin Chili
Brown spicy Italian sausage in a dutch oven and pour off the excess fat. Stir in chopped onions and bell peppers, chili powder, cumin and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes; cook until the vegetables are just softened.
