DAY THREE
Over the past three years, I have spent so much time at the Metropolitan Museum of Art working on the Costume Institute Gala that I sometimes feel as if it's my second home. I am usually there before opening hours, when the Great Hall is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Wandering around the empty museum is by far one of the biggest perks of my job.
