Yes, I caved. (As the Love and Sex editor, it is kind of my job to read steamy erotic fiction, right?) This New York Times #1 best-seller it is the first of a trilogy that explores the sexual relationship between innocent college graduate, Anastasia Steele, and a young and wildly attractive businessman, Christian Grey. In order to be his lover, Steele must sign a non-disclosure agreement and comply with his requests to experiment with BDSM in his "Red Room of Pain." While it is a quick, easy and at times certainly a very steamy read, sadly, this book is just not living up to all the hype.
