2-Minute Tostadas
Ingredients:
8 tostada shells
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup frozen white corn
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place tostadas on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese, black beans, and corn. Place in oven
2. On a wooden cutting board, use a sharp knife to chop the green onion and cilantro.

2. On a wooden cutting board, use a sharp knife to chop the green onion and cilantro.
3. As soon as your cheese has begun to melt, remove the tostadas from the oven, top with green onions, cilantro, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
