Alice and Daddy: "Mid way through my 1st trimester I was diagnosed with hyperemesis," Shine community member Ms. Monster writes. "A rare and severe morning sickness that hospitalized me for 6 days while I was in my 3rd trimester, and Nelson never left my side. He made me dinner, got me drinks, helped me walk, and he even cleaned the toilet! 2 weeks after Alice was born she fell ill with RSV and was hospitalized for a week on oxygen and an IV. He fed her, burped her, changed her and rocked her to sleep every night so that I could get some sleep. The only time he left the hospital was to go feed our dog and cats, and cook dinner that he brought to me every night. Alice is so lucky to have such a good Dad; and I'm lucky to have such an amazing man in my life. Happy Father's Day ♥" less
