Jessica Simpson recently revealed that her little bundle of joy-to-be is a girl, and to celebrate she's posing au naturel on the cover of Elle Magazine. If the cover looks familiar, it's because it's nearly identical to the iconic Vanity Fair cover that Demi Moore shot while seven months pregnant in 1991.
