A hot (and cold) shower
Latinas swear by their
duchas de contraste, or showers with quick temperature changes between hot and cold, to help avoid getting cellulite.
1. Alternate between hot and cold water, spending 1-3 minutes in each temperature repeating three times.
2. Follow by doing 2 repetitions of alternating warm and cold water, spending 1-3 minutes in each temperature.
