Embrace Neutral Tones
"If you get concerned about the blue being too bright, you can always carve out the crease with a neutral shade," says Blair. "I used M.A.C eye shadow in Omega, a matte brown. When you have so much shimmer and frost on the eye, using a matte-textured shadow adds dimension and contrast."
