Unlike most of the big U.S. brews, Asahi Super Dry was created to pair with food, not just to quench thirst. The Japanese brand is now available in more than 50 countries, and is the top-selling Japanese lager in the U.K. Asahi brewed 12.3 million barrels of it in 2011, up from 12 million in 2010.
