Carrot Juice
Carrot juice, both by itself and mixed with other ingredients, is a multi-purpose healthy drink. Juice it with beets and a garlic clove to help detoxify the liver; add celery and four lettuce leaves to help with stomach ailments. And, if you're trying to get rid of bronchitis, juice the carrots with tomatoes and two cloves of garlic to help relieve symptoms.
