Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter melted and cooled
2 cups milk
1 egg
1/4 cup (or more) honey
2 apples, cored and chopped
2 bananas

Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter melted and cooled
2 cups milk
1 egg
1/4 cup (or more) honey
2 apples, cored and chopped
2 bananas
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease an 8″ baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and spices. In a small bowl, whisk togetherbutter, milk, honey, and egg.
3. Slice bananas and arrange in a thin layer along the bottom of the baking dish. Add half of the oat mixture, then half of the apples. Add the remaining oat mixture and apples. Pour in the milk mixture and place in oven.
4. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes, until oats are a light golden brown along the edges.
