p.a.u.l.i. on Flickr My dog's name is Ralle, and he is a 3-year-old brown Labrador retriever. This is a dog who is intelligent and open-hearted; could you guess that also he has endless hunger? And because of that little “trait,” I have managed to teach him a couple of nice habits for everyday living.
For example, when my family wakes up, Ralle is kindly waiting in his own room to be served breakfast. (Yes, his own room
with a couch and TV.) After breakfast, he wants to give big thanks with a big hug, a real hug, served with a kiss to the cheek.
After a little nap, he wants to go out and play, but sometimes when I have the time, there is no pleasure without work! Ralle is harnessed to the dogsled, me at the controls, and after I give a “go-go” command, the snow whirls as we journey across a snow-covered lake. We both love these journeys and because of that, we hug a lot.
