Girl Scout Cookie Brownies
Ingredients:
8 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 1/4 cups sugar; 2 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs; 1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa; 1/4 tsp. salt
6-8 mint Girl Scout Cookies, roughly chopped

Girl Scout Cookie Brownies
Ingredients:
8 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped

1 1/4 cups sugar; 2 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs; 1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa; 1/4 tsp. salt
6-8 mint Girl Scout Cookies, roughly chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir until smooth and pour into a bowl. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Stir in the sugar, vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add the flour, cocoa and salt and stir until blended.
3. Spread into a 9″x13″ pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray; scatter the chopped cookies overtop, pressing them into the batter slightly, and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until just set. Makes about 2 dozen.
