Everyone already expects reality stars to do pornography, so they've really got to be strategic about who they get naked for. Awareness campaigns are like posing for Playboy, but 'for smart' (and for free). You can't criticize Atlanta "Housewife" Kim Z. for putting duct tape on her hefty breasts (sorry, I cropped them out) because her cheek says NOH8, a campaign for marriage equality. This naked picture is about politics, people, not cosmetically enhanced publicity stunts.
