Kiwi Jam
This kiwi jam recipe is packed with DHA Omega 3, vitamin C, and fiber.
Kiwi Jam Recipe
Ingredients:
4 kiwis, peeled and cut into small chunks
1 tablespoon agave syrup
Whole grain crackers
Directions:
1. In a medium pot, add the kiwi and the sugar. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
2. Let the kiwi mixture cool.
3. Serve with crackers or toast.
