The Cut: Grown-Out Pixie

What to Ask For: Pixies used to always mean shaving up the back of your head, but the current look involves leaving it a longer! "Ask your hairdresser to keep a little bit of the length in the back of the hair," Matt says. "There should be a beautiful balance with your bangs from the profile." Also, make sure the sides are tight, so it doesn't start looking like a bowl cut!
