Stand with your feet together, hands on hips. Shift your weight into your left leg, bending your knee slightly and extend your right leg out to the side, pointing your toe on the floor [as shown in photo A]. Lift your right leg and bring it up in front of your hip, crossing the midline of your body [as shown in photo B]. Hold for one count and then lower leg back out to the side. That's one rep.
