Lie on your back, both arms extended down by your sides and lift both legs up to the ceiling as straight as possible. Open both legs out the sides into a straddle position [as shown in photo A]. Then, close legs, crossing your left leg over your right as you return them up to the ceiling [as shown in photo B]. Quickly open back out...
