When a lot of tasks need to be completed, teamwork is often required. Take a tag-team approach to things, and talk to other people about who will do what, and when they will get it done. Delegate and organize responsibilities, basing decisions on what people like to do. Have that chattiest person take care of making the phone calls, for example. This is going to be fun!
