You are in control, and you will have to be the one to stay cool in the face of hot tempers. The best thing you can do is to lead by example. If you don't fly off the handle, then no one else will feel entitled to fly off the handle, either! Stay smiling, and ask questions in order to get a better grip on what is going on. You might have to sort through the answers, though. Not everyone is telling the truth.
