Watch that you don't get too impatient with them. Set your expectations correctly. Make a plan to have things on hand to keep you busy while you wait for them to catch up -- like a good book. You do have a great ability to entertain yourself, though, so it's shouldn't be too bad. These folks are just trying their best. They'll get the hang of things soon.
